Medical Clinic
Our focus is to provide chronic disease management and on-going care for eligible clients. We offer routine care and follow-up visits, laboratory tests and limited diagnostic testing through the cooperation of Lexington Memorial Hospital and Thomasville Medical Center. We do not provide pain management, mental health, obstetrics or any services determined to be beyond our scope of care.
Dental Clinic
The dental clinic focuses on acute care such as fillings and extractions, treatment of abscesses and infections and limited dental hygiene. All dental services are provided at the Lexington site only. We do not provide bridges, caps, crowns, dentures or sedative anesthesia.
Pharmacy Clinic
The DMMC Pharmacy focuses on providing life-saving medications for the treatment of chronic diseases like: diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, seizure disorders, thyroid conditions and breathing problems. DMMC does not guarantee that all of the patients medications will be available through our clinic. We do NO NARCOTICS OR CONTROLLED DRUGS. Most medications are provided though manufacturers’ prescription assistance programs and are only available if the client meets the program’s requirements.
Hispanic Services
Hispanic Services are provided to non-English speaking residents on a limited basis and must be coordinated through our Hispanic Services Manager. Clients should contact the clinic by phone at 243-7475 ext. 234.
Social Services
A partnership with Davidson County Department of Social Services enables DMMC clients to apply for Medicaid or Social Security Disability at the Lexington location if eligible.
